4 Different, Contradicting & Mistaken Rulings by JUDGE LOYD H. LITTLE, JR.

JUDGE LOYD H. LITTLE, JR. has contradicted himself on 4 different rulings resulting in a negative affect on my son’s emotional well-being.

JUDGE LOYD H. LITTLE, JR.'s 3rd ruling in October 2006 was in my favor yet Montgomery Court of Appeals noted he ruled ONE DAY beyond his jurisdiction therefore making it invalid. His mistake took custody away from me & awarded primary custody to my ex-wife Dora Boston Heisey. In Judge Little's 4th ruling he REFUSED to correct his mistake which leaves my son in a worse situation and an emotionally fragile state.

JUDGE LOYD H. LITTLE, JR.'s own contradicting rulings have eliminated tens of thousands of dollars that could have been used for my son’s education and welfare.

The rulings JUDGE LITTLE has made affect everyone in Alabama. Just as a JUDGE ruled in Bayliss vs. Bayliss (1989) establishing Child Support beyond the age of 18 and up to age of 23 is now standard statewide LAW.
The rulings by the judges become in essence LAW.

Judge LOYD H. LITTLE, JR.'s rulings have shown his lack of desire to do what is truly best for my son. The evidence and his rulings overwhelmingly prove this point.

Judge Little, I thought you were supposed to be looking out for my son?
